Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene seals attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

TAYWÈAR  reserves the right to deny any unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Any shipping, return fees, and/ or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.

TAYWÈAR is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you to include tracking and insurance for your protection.

We are unable to offer exchanges, we ask that you return your order for a refund and  purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

Customers who refuse a shipment from TAYWÈAR  are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be lodged via the returns portal and returned back within 14 days of the date of delivery.

International return shipping is depending on your location , which will be on your expense.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale. This excludes our welcome sign-up offer used on a full-price order.
